Shipping

At this time I am only able to complete Canadian orders.

If you live in the Edmonton and area (St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Ardrossan, Devon, Beaumont, Leduc, Calmar) we can deliver the painting at no charge. If you live outside of the areas noted, shipping charges apply.

Original Artwork

We do everything we can to ensure that your painting is well packaged.  However, if in the rare event it arrives damaged, please be sure to take a picture immediately upon arrival and send it to me within 48 hours of receiving it in order to be eligible for an exchange.  Once the painting has been received and the situation assessed, there are some options:

1. I can repair the painting (this is the ideal option)

2. If the painting is irreparable, I can paint a near identical one 

3. You may choose another painting

In the event that your painting was damaged, we will pay for the return shipping.

We do not offer refunds on original artwork.  

Prints and Cards 

There is a 14 day return policy on prints and cards, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.  You will also need the proof of purchase.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns on sale items.  

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.  At this time we will let you know if the return has been accepted.  If so you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.  Please note, it can take some time for your bank or credit card to process the transaction.
